This is an approximately 16 x 10 wooden sign that is painted and accented with letters to provide a 3D effect.  It is sealed with clear coat to ensure it can withstand the outdoors.  It also comes with jute string already attached so that all you have to do is hang your sign on your door, or wherever you want to display it. 

The example sign in the picture showcases a team name and runner's name. You can customize in other ways if desired.  The team name and colors of paint and ribbon on the bows are completely customizable.  Simply let me know the team name (or player's name/ number) and team colors in the Personalization Section, and I will take care of the rest.  I will do my best to match colors, so if the color is a specific in nature, please send me a picture and understand I may not be able to match it perfectly, but will do my best to get as close as possible.
