At New Life Creations, my goal is to ensure your new journal, sign, or keepsake brings a touch of "Everyday Magic" into your life. Each item is hand-crafted with meticulous attention to detail and care. To ensure the best experience for our community, please review our studio policies below.

Commitment to Your Satisfaction

I want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Order Notifications & Concerns

  • The 3-Day Window: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any discrepancies or issues, I ask that you notify me within 3 days of receiving your package. This allows me to address the situation promptly while the details are fresh.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • The Nature of Personalization: Because personalized items are uniquely crafted for you (or your loved one), they are non-refundable. * Shipping Damage: The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged due to the shipping process. In the rare event that this happens, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage, so I can assist you with a replacement.

Returns & Shipping

  • Return Logistics: For any non-personalized items eligible for return, the client is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
